MAKU-Tech Team Advanced to the Semi-Finals in the Teknofest Competition

The preliminary results of Teknofest have been announced and Makü-Tech team from Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) made it to the semi-finals. The team, which participated from the Computer Technology Department of the Vocational School of Technical Sciences, attracted attention with the "LifeLink" project in the Disaster Management Category.

The team is advised by Lect. Dr. Tülay Turan, and the team includes Halil Şahin, a second-year student from the Computer Technology Department of the Vocational School of Technical Sciences, and İlker Gider, a first-year student from the Computer Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. The MAKÜ-Tech team advanced to the semi-finals with their successful performance in the 2024 Technology Competition for the Benefit of Humanity.
