During this trip, students had the opportunity to see and examine the storage area of the materials, the preparation of the materials for production processes, universal and CNC horizontal and vertical lathes, milling machines, wire erosion machines, grinding machines, presses, cutting tools and molds used in shaping the parts, etc. In addition to this, students have also seen topics such as precise machinability in production, quality control processes in production, innovative technologies, production in ISO standards, occupational health and safety issues, environmental policies in production, etc., and awareness has been raised on these issues among students.
As a result of the technical trip, our students stated that it was very beneficial for them to see the places where the theoretical information explained in the lessons is used directly in practice, their perspective on the profession has changed, and their interest, attention and curiosity in the lessons and the profession have increased.
