Lateral Transfer Quotas, Application Conditions, Application and Evaluation Calendar

Our university 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester lateral transfer applications to associate and undergraduate programs will be made online at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/YatayGecisBasvuruFormu/KullaniciGirisi within the quotas specified in the attachment, and the application documents will be uploaded to the relevant application form during the application. (There is no need to apply in person or by mail in addition to the online application).

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· With General Weighted Grade Point Average; Inter-Institutional (Domestic) Same Program (Associate Degree),

· With General Weighted Grade Point Average; Turkish citizens from foreign higher education institutions; Inter-Institutional (Abroad) Same Program (Associate Degree),

· With General Weighted Grade Point Average; Intra-Institutional Same Program (Associate Degree-Undergraduate),

· With Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1); lateral transfer is made to (Associate Degree-Undergraduate programs).

· For inter-institutional lateral transfer, the general grade point average of the periods completed in the program in which the student is enrolled must be at least 60 out of 100 or at least 2.00 out of 4.00 (excluding intra-institutional and Additional Article-1).

· According to Article 44 of Law No. 2547, the student must have sufficient time to graduate within the education periods (including the periods spent in the previous program).

· Lateral transfer applications are made only within the announced period. Applications made outside the period are invalid.
