2026-2027 Education-Teaching Year TESYEV Higher Education Scholarship Applications

Scholarship applications will be accepted for disabled students who continue their formal education at state universities in the 2026-2027 academic year and need financial support, by the Turkey Disabled Sports Assistance and Education Foundation (TESYEV).
Application Requirements
Students applying for the scholarship must;
- be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
- have at least a 40% disability rate,
- continue formal education,
- need financial support,
- not be over 30 years old or married,
- not work in a profit-generating job and not have income-generating assets,
- not receive a scholarship from another institution other than TESYEV (excluding KYK student loans)
it is required.
Second-year students of vocational schools can also apply. Other application conditions are included in the attached TESYEV scholarship announcement.
Application Procedures and Required Documents
Students wishing to apply must download the TESYEV Application Form and Commitment Letter included in the announcement and fill them out completely and correctly, sign the required fields, and prepare the documents specified in the scholarship announcement.
For the application, all documents listed in the attachment must be prepared, including student and achievement certificates, a health report showing the disability status, population and residence documents, family income and asset documents, a photo, and a document related to the İş Bankası account opened in the student's name.
Deadline for Applications and Submission Location
The application form, commitment letter, and required documents must be submitted to Department Secretary Hülya UÇAK by 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Applications will be evaluated by the scholarship commission to be established within our Vocational School, and the approved applications will be forwarded to our Rectorate.
It is important that the application forms are filled out completely and all requested documents are submitted.
Important Note: Although a different deadline is mentioned in TESYEV's general announcement, our Vocational School students must complete their applications by 12:00 PM on October 22, 2026.
