Our university's students who could not upload assignments for the Midterm Exams to the Distance Education System must fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu by Friday, May 22, 2020 at 17.30.
Our students need to check their information after entering the above address, enter the required information, then enter the courses they could not upload assignments for and the course instructor information, click the Add Course Information button, and then click the "Submit Application to Unit" button to complete the process. If desired, the form sent to the unit can be downloaded as a PDF.
