Our university's students who could not upload assignments for Midterm Exams to the Distance Education System

must fill out the Excuse Form available at the address.
After entering the above address, our students need to check their information that appears, enter the requested information, then enter the courses they could not upload assignments for and the course instructor information, click the Add Course Information button, and then click the "Submit Application to Unit" button to complete the process. If desired, the form sent to the unit can be downloaded as a PDF.
After the applications are approved by our unit, assignment submissions can be made on the dates specified in the academic calendar.
