The Interior Design program organized a technical trip to the construction site of the Faculty of Engineering building, which is still under construction, with the participation of our 1st and 2nd year students.
During the technical trip, students had the opportunity to examine building materials on-site, observe application details, and experience the construction environment firsthand. Additionally, through meetings with an architect and a civil engineer, comprehensive information was obtained about the construction process from the design phase to the implementation stage.
This technical trip contributed to students' ability to relate their theoretical knowledge to practice, enhancing their professional awareness and industry knowledge.
The technical trip was conducted under the guidance of Instructor Betül Halime Uzunay and Instructor Tuncer Dalgar.
