Organized by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Technical Sciences Vocational School, this conference titled “Career Management in a Digitalizing World” aims to contribute to students' adaptation to the changing job market and to guide them in their career planning processes.
The conference will focus on the effects of digital transformation on business life, new approaches in career planning, the development of individual competencies, and raising awareness about future professions. The importance of career management in today's competitive job market will be discussed in the context of digitalization and shared with participants.
