About the Application Process for Vocational Training (Internship) in the Business

The applications of our vocational school students for Vocational Training (Internship) in the Business are conducted through the Internship Management System used by our university. The application process has a multi-stage structure that includes approvals from the relevant company/institution, department, and school administration.

In order for our students not to experience any loss of rights, it is important that they complete the application process in accordance with the steps outlined below and without any omissions.

In summary, the application process works as follows:

The company/institution registers on the internship platform.

The student finds the company/institution based on the tax identification number through the platform and submits the internship application.

The application is approved by the company/institution.

The relevant Department Head evaluates and approves the application.

Finally, it is approved by the School Administration (Directorate).

With the completion of all approvals, the student's internship application process is completed.

The tracking of applications, control of approval stages, and timely completion of the process is the student's responsibility.
