Machine Program: Become the Fundamental Power of Industrial Production

 

Today, industrial facilities need reliable, efficient, and flexible production processes to maintain their competitive edge. At the heart of these processes are well-trained machine technicians. Our school's Machine Program is designed to train qualified technicians who can recognize the machines and equipment used in the production environment, use them safely and effectively, and read and interpret production processes.

Within the program, students receive theoretical and practical training across a wide range from machining to sheet metal processing techniques, and from computer-aided design (CAD) to computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). Thus, our graduates gain the skills to work in both workshop environments and office-based technical units.

 

Program Objectives and Content

The main objective of this program is to train intermediate staff who can recognize classical and CNC machines used in industrial enterprises, read technical drawings, plan and monitor production processes, and participate in machine maintenance and repair activities. The focus of the education is to provide qualified technical personnel who can act with awareness of quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage of production.

 

Key topics we will cover during the training:

Technical Drawing and Machine Elements: Learn to read, draw, and evaluate the technical drawings of machine parts and standard machine elements from a design perspective.

Production Methods: Explore the logic and applications of basic production methods such as machining, non-cutting manufacturing, welding, and assembly.

 

CNC Machines and Programming: Recognize the structure of CNC lathes and milling machines, and learn to prepare part processing programs using basic G codes.

CAD/CAM Applications: Create 2D/3D drawings of parts using computer-aided design and manufacturing software, and adapt these drawings for production.

Measurement, Control, and Quality: Contribute to quality control processes by making dimensional and geometric measurements of produced parts.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Learn to identify basic faults that may occur in machines and equipment, and participate in periodic maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Occupational Health and Safety: Internalize safe working rules in the workshop environment, making it a habit to protect both your own safety and that of your teammates.

 

Career Opportunities

Our graduates can find job opportunities in many companies at the heart of the production and manufacturing sector. They can be employed in various sectors such as automotive, machine manufacturing, defense industry, white goods, mold making, metal processing with titles such as Machine Technician, CNC Operator, Assistant Production Manager, Maintenance-Repair Technician or Quality Control Personnel.

Additionally, our graduates can also have the opportunity to continue their education at the undergraduate level and transition to the engineering field if they wish. This way, they can combine both workshop experience and academic knowledge.
