    Hybrid and electric vehicles, which aim to increase energy efficiency and minimize pollution to the environment, are developing and spreading rapidly every day. Many automotive companies have reached good levels in the production of hybrid and electric vehicles, and sales are rapidly increasing worldwide and in our country. Serious investments are also being made in hybrid and electric vehicles in our country. Prototypes of domestic electric vehicles in different classes have been produced, and it is aimed to transition to mass production and present them to the market in the coming years. In our provinces and districts, electric and hybrid garbage collection trucks, street sweeping vehicles, and city buses are providing services with the aim of increasing energy efficiency and reducing environmental and noise pollution.

    
    Infrastructure works for electric vehicle charging stations and the establishment of charging stations in different classes are being carried out in many parts of our country. In our rapidly developing defense industry, prototype productions of hybrid and electric military ground vehicles have been completed, aiming to meet different needs and increase national exports, and mass production has begun. In this context, there is an increasing need for qualified technical personnel who can produce, repair, and maintain hybrid and electric vehicles, and this need is inevitably growing every day. The aim of our Hybrid and Electric Vehicles program is to train qualified technical personnel who will work in the production of hybrid and electric vehicles or in different companies and organizations that will serve this sector.
