The status of students who have successfully completed the courses they are required to take and the Summer Internship application, as well as those who have fulfilled the necessary credits for graduation according to the current regulations, will be discussed in the Graduation Commission and the School Board to make a graduation decision.
Students who have received a graduation decision will apply to the Student Affairs Office with their student ID cards. Students who lose their student ID cards are required to bring the 'Lost ID Document' they will obtain from the police station.
Students applying for graduation procedures are obliged to have the 'Certificate of Termination of Enrollment' they will receive from the Student Affairs Office approved and signed by the relevant units. Students who fill out the 'Certificate of Termination of Enrollment' and submit it to the Student Affairs Office will be given a 'Temporary Graduation Certificate' if their diplomas are not ready.
Students who receive the 'Temporary Graduation Certificate' are required to present the original of this document when they come to collect their diplomas. Diplomas or Temporary Graduation Certificates are only delivered to the student themselves or to an authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney. For transactions to be carried out by proxy, the student’s student ID card and a photocopy of the proxy's identity card must be presented.
