HISTORY
The Computer Programming Program was established in 1997 within the Technical Sciences Vocational School of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University and started its associate degree education in the 1997-1998 academic year. Since its establishment, it has nearly 600 graduates. Currently, there are 3 faculty members working in our program.

They can have job opportunities as software, web, application, and mobile program development staff in software companies, IT support staff, technical staff in maintenance and repair units in all businesses; technical staff in computer service companies; data entry staff, IT support staff in public institutions; support staff in automation systems in factories, IT support staff; site administrators on company websites; site administrators and support staff in internet companies; graphic designer positions in advertising agency firms.
Additionally, they can work as paid teachers in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education or in private schools and colleges.
