· Diploma Supplement
The diploma supplement includes information about the graduation date, diploma number, level of the degree obtained, its content and fields of use, the principles of education-teaching and evaluation of the University, and the national education system. The diploma supplement is prepared electronically according to the Student Affairs Information System by the Student Affairs Directorate based on a model developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES, and is signed with an e-signature/wet signature by the Head of the Student Affairs Directorate.
· ECTS
The educational and teaching objectives and program outcomes of the undergraduate programs conducted in our University's academic units are evaluated within the "Turkey Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ)", and field-specific qualifications are also considered. Educational teaching programs are made according to the targets determined by TYYÇ, which has been developed within the scope of the "European Higher Education Area Qualifications Framework". For example; course credits are credited based on the student workload based on the knowledge, skills and competencies foreseen at the program level and determined in the 'Turkey Higher Education Qualifications Framework', and educational teaching programs are implemented as 30 ECTS per semester. In the educational and teaching activities carried out at our University, the design based on the student workload is determined by considering YÖKAK and ECTS. In our University, in the calculation of ECTS, 30 ECTS corresponds to a semester workload, 60 ECTS corresponds to an annual workload, 1 ECTS = corresponds to a workload of 25-30 hours. The educational objectives and program outcomes of the programs are planned to present what the student will learn based on the program outcomes during the learning process in a measurable way. In determining the student workload, the student's in-class and out-of-class studies related to the course and exams are taken into account. The ECTS determined over the workload are announced under the subheadings belonging to our Vocational School's academic units on our university's official website, under the name "ECTS Information Package", at https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/bologna/.
The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) studies are ongoing in all academic units of our University (https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/bologna/). In addition, our University contributes to student learning mobility through national and international protocols it has made.
